BNG ACTIVE WEAR. Questions about your data: contact@bng.mk.

Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city, and any delivery notes you write. We collect this to confirm, pack and deliver your order — we cannot fulfil a cash-on-delivery order without it.

We do not collect card or bank details. There is no payment processor on this site.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. If you leave a review we store the name you type and the review text. If you create an account we store your email and name.

Our bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes your IP address to tell humans from scripts at checkout.

Only the services needed to run the store: our hosting and database providers, our email provider for order confirmations, and the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require us to keep them, and no longer. Reviews are kept until you ask us to remove them.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email contact@bng.mk and we will respond within one month.
