Shipping & returns

Orders are confirmed by phone or message before we pack them, usually within one working day. Once shipped, delivery normally takes 2–4 working days.

Shipping is free on orders over 5.000 ден. Below that, a flat delivery fee applies and is confirmed with you before dispatch.

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please have the order total ready — couriers often cannot give change for large notes. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details.

You can refuse the parcel when it arrives and pay nothing. That is the simplest option if you have changed your mind. Repeatedly refusing orders may mean we ask for confirmation before shipping to you again — each refused parcel costs us the courier fee both ways.

If you have already paid and taken the parcel, you have 14 days to return items that are unworn, unwashed and have their tags on.

Contact us first so we can give you the return address and log it against your order number. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Because you paid in cash, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account in your name, normally within 5 working days of the return arriving.

Message us with your order number and a photo. We cover return postage and either replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
