Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by phone, message or email. We may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

All prices are shown in Macedonian denari (ден.) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is cash on delivery only. No card details are collected on this site at any point.

If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel at no cost.

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You may refuse the parcel at the door, in which case you pay nothing.

See our Shipping & returns page for the full process. In summary: 14 days to return unworn items with tags on, and you may refuse delivery at the door instead.

Codes may be limited by expiry date, number of uses or minimum order value, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
